Terms & Conditions
An experienced person or installation company must handle all DJ/Nightclub equipment sent to us for attention. They must be fully competent in the removal and re-installation of such equipment. Lek Trix Discotheque Services shall not be liable for any costs arising from improper installation and/or faults that arise as a result of incorrect installation or use after a repair is completed.
All equipment left with us must have full contact details attached and a list of any accessories left with it. All equipment must be supplied complete.
A quotation will be supplied for each piece of equipment charged at £30 per item and/or £15 per part item, which is valid for 28 days only. This fee will be included as credit on final invoices.
Call-outs are charged at £45 and must be pre-paid.
If a quotation is not accepted then a fee is required to cover costs for our time and return carriage [if applicable].
Payment is required in full before any work is commenced. This includes items collected from our premises. We accept cash, bank transfer or you can pay online using our website with a credit/debit card. Our bank details can be supplied upon request for bank transfer payments.
All repairs have a 6-month guarantee. This covers the repair, parts, labour and return carriage. This guarantee is void if the tamper proof label has been removed, mishandling, misuse or because of normal wear and tear. Our guarantee does not cover the cost of returning the equipment to us. Proof of purchase is required without exception and the item is required complete with all parts and accessories before repair or before a refund can be given.
Any equipment left with us, either for a quotation or repair, that has not been collected or returned by us to you after 30 days has elapsed (because of non-payment or no response after a quotation is sent) will be disposed of. One warning letter will be sent advising of the disposal date.
All items sold, both used and reconditioned by us, carry a 6-month guarantee. This covers parts, labour and return carriage. This guarantee is void if any attempted repair work has been carried out by any persons or firm or if any security label/s have been removed, mishandling, misuse or because of normal wear and tear. Our guarantee does not cover the cost of returning the equipment to us. Lek Trix Discotheque Services will not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform any of its obligations, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
No claim for damages can be made once returned items have been signed for. It is the responsibility of the signee to ensure that goods are received in good condition before signing for them.
We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery under payment legislation if we are not paid according to our credit terms.
Approximate Turnaround Times: Dependant on delivery times, availability and waiting times for spare parts.
No addition to or variation of these conditions will bind the company, unless it is specifically agreed in writing and signed by the Proprietor. No agent or person employed by or under contract with the company has the authority to alter or vary in any way these conditions.
